RED RING OF DEATH

Well, it finally happened. The dreaded RRoD.

Christopher is in mourning.

Drum Skills

Here's a video of a guy covering the drum parts from a Dream Theater song i'm currently hooked on called About to Crash (Reprise).
Sure wished I had played drums instead of trumpet back in High School!!
I can do all this stuff in my head, but for some reason my feet and arms can't.

Pool Time

Pool Season is upon us !!

Ken and I pulled the winter cover off yesterday and the pool looked great,
I can't believe how clean it was.
Got to hook up with Phil and get all the chemicals and stuff.

Now, if I can just finish the deck !! I may have to call in the troups to get it finished.

Here's a couple of shots from last year.

Back in the Blog World

Well I'm back !!!

Well I'm not sure if I was ever really here, but any way.

I am going to try the blogging thing again and will try to post at least weekly.

Nothing in particular, just whatever floats my boat at the time.

Currently I'm working on a new project we affectionatley call " The Turd"

It's an 82 GMC SWB with all the bells and whistles(as well as some squeaks and leaks).

Hopefully I can restore to a respectable weekend play and work toy.

Of course, Dee Anne hates it. She hasn't even ridden in it yet.

If anyone wants to "secretly" submit to Overhaulin', I'm OK with that.

I'll try to post some pics of the kids, the pool, audio related stuff, etc.

I have watched the video below about a hundred times,

just love the sound of a lumpy cam in a big block!
Enjoy
